How to Create VIRAL Motivational Shorts & Reels with MILLIONS of Views (Step By Step)

This Instagram page gains thousands of new followers each month, and this TikTok account gets thousands of views on every post. They achieve this by sharing dark-themed motivational videos, making thousands of dollars every month through monetization and brand sponsorship.

Let me show you how to make these types of videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or TikTok. I will walk you through the step-by-step process of creating these videos, from making the script to finding the B-roll footage and editing the video to make it look great. I’ll also share an exciting method to earn more money with these videos at the end, so stay tuned. Without further ado, let’s dive into the video.

Firstly, open ChatGPT. I know this AI software is not new to you. Input this prompt, which I will drop in the description of this video. You can take your time to modify it as you want. There is another way to get these quotes: just search on Google for lion-based quotes, for example, and you will find many websites that provide good quotes. Once you’ve picked a quote you like, copy it from ChatGPT and then head over to ElevenLabs.

Check the link in the description to access ElevenLabs. You’ll need to create an account first. Once you’re in, your interface should look like this. ElevenLabs offers many voices to choose from. Click “Voices,” then click “Voice Library.” From here, search for a deep voice suitable for your motivational content. Once you have chosen a voice, paste your quote from ChatGPT in the provided column and tweak it slightly to make it sound like you’re speaking directly to the viewer, so they feel emotional and motivated. For example, you could add a sentence at the end of the quote like, “You’ve got a choice: either be a wolf or be a loser.” Once done, hit the “Generate” button and wait for it to finish generating the voice, then click the download button.

Now that we have our voice ready, let’s get some motivational music for our background. Check the description for the link to the music you can use. Next, let’s get our B-roll footage. You can head to Instagram and search for wolf or lion videos to find high-quality clips that you can download. There are other ways to get these video clips: websites like Pexels.com, Pixabay.com, and Mixkit.co offer videos that are not copyrighted, so you won’t have to worry about copyright issues. All the content on these websites is completely free from copyright.

Now that you have your voice-over and B-roll footage, it’s time to start the editing process. Open CapCut, import all the videos you have downloaded, and your voice-over. Drag the voice-over to the sequence. Cut off any empty parts of the voice-over so it sounds clean and concise. After cutting, add the videos you have downloaded. Try to include a variety of different clips in your project to keep it interesting for viewers. This way, they won’t get bored because they’ll see different scenes and visuals. Next, let’s edit the pictures or videos to have a dark theme. Start with the first one, go to “Adjustments,” and change the settings as shown on the screen. Don’t worry, I will drop the settings in the description in case you miss it here. Repeat the same settings for the rest of the pictures.

Now, go to “Effects” and add anyone you like. Also, add some transitions between the clips to make it more engaging. I recommend using the “Left” transition to make the video look cool. Then, add some movement to the video. I recommend the “Pendulum” effect, but you can choose whatever you like.

Once you have completed all these steps, click on “Text,” then “Caption,” choose “Auto Caption,” and select English. Click on “Generate” and wait a minute for it to finish generating. Now click on “Caption,” then select the popup options or any style you prefer. Adjust the size, choose a suitable font, and add the background music to enhance the video. Spend time on the editing to ensure it looks great.
