I’m sure you’ve seen these animated AI avatars all over YouTube. Channels like 10x Income and many others use these animated avatars to engage their audience, resulting in higher retention and increased subscriptions.
By the end of today’s video, you’ll learn how to create your own AI-talking avatar. Step one is to generate the character using Bing AI. Step two is to use another tool, which I will show you shortly, to animate the character so that it starts talking.
Firstly, you need Bing AI, also known as Co-pilot. Check the link in the description below this video. Once you sign up, your interface should look like this. Now, you need a prompt. Don’t worry, I will drop it in the description of this video. I will specify his age, what he’s wearing, the type of hair, and what I want to be on the table. We will be generating two different avatars: one with a nose mask and one without a mask. I will show you how to animate both of them.
Click on submit, wait for a few seconds, and your AI avatar will be ready. If you’re not satisfied with the first result, you can always take your time and tweak the prompt however you like until you get the perfect image. Click on one of the images, and you will see something like this. Scroll down a bit and click on this feature. You will see two options: square or landscape. Since we are using it for YouTube, I will choose landscape. As you can see, we have a fantastic image. Click here, scroll down, and download your image to your laptop.

Now that we have our AI avatar ready, we need to animate it to start talking, and we are going to be using Artflow. Check the link in the description to access Artflow. Once you have registered an account or signed in, your interface should look like this. Now, select Video Studio from the left menu and click Create Videos. Your interface should look like this. Artflow gives users 100 credits when they first sign up. We need to upload our image, so select upload and then browse to select our image. Once we’ve selected our image, click open to begin the upload. Now, let’s click on our photo and wait for Artflow to detect our avatar’s face from the image. It looks like there was no problem, and the face was detected. Now, let’s type out what we want our character to say. Click on export and animate, and you will be asked to put a title. Put any title of your choice, then hit export video and wait for our video to be ready. Click on the video and then click the download button. Let’s check out the results.
You will notice that there is a watermark up here. To remove the watermark, search for 123apps on Google and click on the first result. Once you are on the site, scroll down and select Remove Logo from Video. Now, select our generated video and draw a rectangle over the watermark, then click apply. Wow, you can see that this app has done a great job of removing the watermark from our video. Once you’re done, click on the save button, then click export, and your video will be downloaded to your PC.
You can also use Heygen to create a talking avatar with the same process as Artflow.
So, this is how it is done. However, if you notice that the resolution of the generated video is not too good, you can increase the quality. Go to Google and search for VMake Video Enhancer. Click on the first result, and your interface should look like this. Now, upload your video. It will take a few seconds to finish enhancing the video. Now, click on download and see the result.
