Step 1: We Need a Script

Go to Google and search for ChatGPT. Click on the first link that appears. Once you’re on ChatGPT, your interface will look like this. Now ask ChatGPT to come up with a creative short story in one paragraph for a chubby cat named Max who transforms his life through exercise, eventually finding love. Include scenes of Max being laughed at, his workout journey, and meeting his love interest. Also, suggest the prompt for the images to be used. Don’t worry, I will drop the link in the description of this video. Take your time to modify it. Now press enter on your keyboard and wait for ChatGPT to finish generating. As you can see, ChatGPT has written the short story with the image prompt we can use.

Step 2: Generating the Voiceover

Now, head over to Fliki AI. Check the link in the description of this video, click on signup, and use FLIKIA10 to get 10% off any plan. Once you are in, your interface will look like this. Click on “New File,” give it a name, choose your desired language, select “Script” here, and click on submit. Now, paste your story from ChatGPT here and click on submit. Wait for it to finish loading.

Choose anyone you like and click on select. Now click here to download it to your PC. Click on “Start Export” and wait for it to finish downloading.

Step 3: Generating Images with Leonardo AI

Go to your web browser and search for Leonardo AI Image Generator. Click on the appropriate link to reach the Leonardo AI website. Your interface will look like this. Click on signup if you don’t have an account before or sign in. Now click “Image Generation” on the left-hand side menu. You will need to decide how many images you need; let’s choose four for this example. Next, you will need to select the correct aspect ratio for your images. If you are creating content for YouTube Shorts or TikTok, pick the 9×16 ratio. For longer videos, go with the 16×9 ratio. After choosing the ratio, choose “Leonardo Phoenix,” leave “Prompt Enhancer” on auto, and pick “3D Render.”

Now go back to the ChatGPT tab, copy one of the prompts you generated earlier, and paste it into the prompt field in Leonardo AI. Hit the generate button. Once the image is generated, ensure it’s of the highest quality.

Now click on the generated image and select the one you like. Click here to download it to your PC. Repeat this process by going back to ChatGPT, copying another prompt, and generating a new image in Leonardo AI. Continue this cycle until you have all the images you need for your story.

To animate your images, we will use a tool called Runway ML. Start by opening your browser and searching for Runway ML. Click on the link to visit the site and sign up for a free trial. Once you’re in the dashboard, your interface will look like this. Now choose the “Image to Video” option. You will see examples of how this feature works to turn images into short videos. Begin by uploading the images you created with Leonardo AI one at a time. After you upload an image, click on generate. Runway ML will create a video clip that lasts up to 4 seconds. If you need the clip to be longer, you can extend its duration by clicking the extension option. Take a moment to admire the animated result. Follow this same process to animate each of your images until you have a full set of animated clips.

Step 5: Editing Your Video

Now, open CapCut. Import your videos from Runway ML and your generated voiceover from Fliki AI. Drag the voiceover to the sequence and cut out all the empty parts so the voice will sound well. Now, drag the video to the sequence according to the voiceover. Add transitions between the videos so that it will be engaging, and add some effects to enhance the overall look of the video. Click on “Text” to add captions to the video. Click “Auto Captions,” select English, and then click generate. Wait for a few seconds. Click on “Template” here to choose any one you like. Adjust it and give it a matching color.

Now, go to the “Filter” section and select a clear filter to apply to the entire video, which will improve the visual quality. Finally, add background music to your video. Make sure to adjust the volume so it doesn’t overpower the voiceover. Once everything is set, your video is ready. Click on export, choose a name for your video, select 60 FPS for smooth playback, and save it to your computer.

Monetizing Your Animated Short Stories

Now I’ll reveal a secret method to earn money from your animated short stories using three different approaches. As I mentioned earlier, we will upload these videos to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to maximize our reach and revenue.

  1. YouTube AdSense: Once your YouTube channel meets the requirements for monetization, you can start earning money from the ads displayed on your videos. This is a reliable income source that grows as your channel attracts more viewers and subscribers.

  1. Instagram Affiliate Marketing: Instagram does not offer the same direct monetization options, but there are still plenty of ways to make money on the platform. Another effective method is affiliate marketing by selling storybooks from Amazon through affiliate links. You can earn commissions by including these links in your video descriptions or Instagram bio. Viewers who enjoy your content might be interested in purchasing the storybooks you recommend, leading to earnings from the Amazon affiliate program or other affiliate program websites. This can be a significant source of income, especially if your videos consistently attract a large audience.

  1. TikTok Creativity Program: You can get monetized on TikTok when you meet the requirements.

You can also earn through paid collaborations. You can proactively reach out to relevant brands and companies. Sponsored videos can earn you anywhere from $500 to $2,000 or more, depending on your negotiation skills and the size of your audience. Negotiating well can significantly increase your earnings from these collaborations.

Hopefully, you’ve learned something valuable, but before you go, don’t miss out on another exciting video where we reveal how to make money with viral ChatGPT videos that catch eyes on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
